Helping developers turn their skills into businesses

You can build anything. Nobody taught you how to sell it.

Devmystify is where developers learn everything after the code: what to build and who for, how to get noticed, what to charge, and how to make the first sale.

Why now

The job is changing under you. Hiring slowed, junior roles thinned out, and the thing you spent a decade getting good at is now partly automated.

The same shift cuts the other way. One developer with AI can research, build, launch, market, and support a business that used to need a team.

So what is scarce now is not the building. It is knowing what to build, who it is for, and how to get it in front of them.

That is the half nobody taught you. It is also the half that is now worth the most.

Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Tibo - creator of Devmystify.

After graduating, I moved to Thailand and turned my dev skills into a 6-figure consulting business with my partner, working with international clients from the beaches of Phuket.

Now I teach the commercial half: how to find customers, position what you do, price it, and make the first sale. I show the receipts, including the ones that make me look bad.

The other half of the job

You can already build. This is everything after that: figuring out what to build and who for, getting people to notice, pricing it, and making the sale. One email a week, with real numbers from what I'm actually running.
